Fulai Glass (06865) announced that, in order to further optimize the company's management structure, achieve centralized regional management, enhance resource allocation efficiency and operational effectiveness, reduce management and operational costs, and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the company, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Anhui Fulai Te Photovoltaic Glass Co., Ltd., intends to absorb and merge the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Zhongda Quartz Development (Anhui) Group Co., Ltd.
