Nanjing Dalang CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Dalang CNC), the controlling company of Dalang Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Dalang Technology), announced on January 13th that the board of directors had approved the listing plan of Dalang CNC in Hong Kong on the same day, and it is expected to be submitted for shareholders' approval on May 12, 2026. Dalang Technology stated that in order to accelerate expansion in the mainland market, attract and motivate professional talents, and enhance global competitiveness, Dalang CNC plans to restructure into a limited company and apply for initial public offering and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The company pointed out that if the listing process is successfully completed, it is expected to bring positive benefits to the group's image, business development, and investment value, benefiting the company and all its shareholders.
The proposed issuance of new shares this time is expected to account for approximately 25% of the total post-issuance share capital of Nanjing Dalang CNC (tentatively), with the company's shareholding ratio expected to be about 75%. The final number and conditions of shares issued for listing on the exchange will be determined through negotiations between the company's board of directors/Nanjing Dalang's board of directors, in accordance with laws, capital requirements, and market conditions, in consultation with the lead underwriter.
Dalang Technology emphasized that the spin-off listing case will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations, and the company will continue to hold control over Dalang CNC. It will remain a subsidiary of the group, and the rights of existing shareholders will not be affected, nor will it affect Dalang Technology's listing status in Taiwan, China.
