Grand Talents Group Holdings Limited announced that following the approval of the shareholders at the special general meeting held on December 19, 2025 to change the company name, the Director of the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of name change on December 22, 2025, approving the change of the first name of the company from "Grand Talents Group Holdings Limited" to "Zhong Ying International Group Limited" and the change of the second name of the company from "Grand Talents Group Holdings Limited" to "Zhong Ying International Group Limited".
GRAND TALENTS (08516) announced that following the approval of the change of company name by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on December 19, 2025, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the Certificate of Change of Name and Certificate of Second Name on December 22, 2025. The certificates confirmed that the company's first name has been changed from "Grand Talents Group Holdings Limited" to "Zhong Ying International Group Limited" and the company's second name has been changed from "GRAND TALENTS Limited" to "Zhong Ying International Group Limited".
Following the effective date of the name change, the company's shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange starting from Monday, January 26, 2026, at 9:00 am using the English stock abbreviation "ZY INTL" instead of "GRAND TALENTS", and the Chinese abbreviation "" instead of "GRAND TALENTS". The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "8516".
