REFIRE (02570) fell by more than 4% again, hitting a low of 57.4 Hong Kong dollars, setting a new low since December 2025. As of the time of writing, it fell by 4.47% to 57.65 Hong Kong dollars, with a turnover of 68.8294 million Hong Kong dollars.
In terms of news, recently, REFIRE announced the placement of 4.536 million new shares, equivalent to an increase of 7.3% of H shares after expansion; the placement price is 58.38 Hong Kong dollars, a discount of 18.01% compared to the closing price on January 16. The total amount raised is 265 million Hong Kong dollars, with a net amount of 258 million Hong Kong dollars to be used for repaying bank loans and lease liabilities, with the remaining amount for general corporate purposes. It is worth noting that on December 8 last year, REFIRE celebrated its first anniversary of listing and saw the lifting of lock-up restrictions. Data shows that a total of 55 shareholders of REFIRE have had their lock-ups lifted, with a total of 54.2136 million shares being unlocked.
