Huarui Electrical Appliance (300626.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Wuzhou Dongtai State-owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuzhou Dongtai"), plans to transfer 33.29628 million shares of the company (18.50% of the total share capital) through public solicitation to the transferee in the form of an agreement. According to the "Share Transfer Agreement" signed on September 11, 2020 between Wuzhou Dongtai and Sun Ruiliang, and Zhang Yijun, Wuzhou Dongtai provided relief loans to Sun Ruiliang and Zhang Yijun, and Wuzhou Dongtai also transferred the loans owed to Sun Ruiliang and Zhang Yijun through this public solicitation.
