In terms of news, CONCORD NE announced that after the trading session on January 14, 2026, the owner (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and contractor The Ryan Company entered into a procurement and construction agreement, whereby the owner will engage the contractor to undertake the project at a contract price of approximately USD 156 million. The project is a power generation facility located in the United States, including approximately 172 MW of AC-side CECEP Solar Energy generation capacity and a related battery energy storage system with a capacity of around 432 MWh. The owner will directly procure several equipment needed for the project, including main power transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, battery energy storage systems, PV inverters, and CECEP Solar Energy components.
