According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed on January 18, Shanghai Fuyou Payment Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fuyou Payment") has submitted its listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Shenwan Hongyuan Hong Kong acting as its joint sponsors.

(referred to as Fuiou Payment) has submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CITIC SEC and Shenwan Hongyuan Group Hong Kong are its joint sponsors. This is the company's fourth time submitting documents to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to a Frost & Sullivan report, based on the TPV calculations for 2024, the company ranks eighth among comprehensive digital payment service providers in China with a market share of 0.8%. As an independent comprehensive digital payment service provider, the company ranks fourth in China based on TPV calculations in 2024, with a market share of 4.5%. According to the prospectus, the company is a versatile digital payment technology platform in China, empowering customers of different scales and industries in diverse business scenarios by providing multi-channel payment services, management, and other value-added services.
