The subsidiary of Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group (300428.SZ) will establish a joint innovation laboratory with a leading domestic new energy vehicle company.
Lizhong Group (300428.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei Lizhong Alloy Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lizhong Alloy Group"), jointly signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for a Joint Innovation Laboratory" with a leading domestic new energy vehicle company (subject to a confidentiality agreement). The two parties have decided to jointly establish a "Joint Innovation Laboratory". The joint innovation laboratory is a collective body of the two parties' technological cooperation. Its purpose is to allocate talents and resources reasonably, fully leverage the technical advantages of both parties, jointly promote the research, development, and application technology of aluminum alloys for automobiles, jointly promote the production and application of aluminum alloy components for automobiles, and achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win for customers and Lizhong Alloy Group.
