Sponsored ADR plans to invest 700 million New Taiwan Dollars in Unitech Electronics for cash capital increase, while Unitech Electronics plans to issue unsecured corporate bonds not exceeding 15 billion New Taiwan Dollars. From a strategic perspective, the collaboration between the two companies will focus on the high-end manufacturing demand of the AI era. United Microelectronics Corp.
