Techlink Intelligent Technology Limited (00726) announced that Mr. Zeng Haobang has resigned and will no longer serve as the company secretary of the company from January 16, 2026. He is also no longer authorized to act as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong.

Mr. Wan Shun-man has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and section 16 of Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance effective from January 16, 2026.
