Shanghai Electric Group (02727): Wang Chenhao elected as employee director

Shanghai Electric (02727) announced that at the second joint meeting of the third session of the Workers' Congress recently held by the company, Mr. Wang Chenhao (Mr. Wang) was elected as the Workers' Director of the sixth session of the Board of Directors of the company. Mr. Wang will join the Directors elected by the shareholders' meeting to form the sixth session of the Board of Directors of the company, with a term of office consistent with that of the Directors elected by the shareholders' meeting, taking office from the date of approval of the shareholders' meeting and serving for three years.
