Hidi Smart Driving (03881) announced that the stabilisation period for the global offering will end on January 15, 2026 (Thursday) (i.e. 30 days after the deadline for submitting the application for the Hong Kong public offering). In addition, the joint global coordinators (on behalf of themselves and the international underwriters) did not exercise the overallotment option during the stabilisation period, and the overallotment option expired on January 15, 2026 (Thursday). Therefore, no H shares will be issued pursuant to the overallotment option.
