Group announced that, in order to achieve the sustainable and stable development of the company's new energy business and meet its daily operational needs, the company has signed a "Continuing Connected Transaction Agreement (Procurement)" with Contemporary Amperex Technology (03750). According to the agreement, in the 2026 accounting year, the maximum transaction amount that Contemporary Amperex Technology (including its subsidiaries and companies in which it holds more than 30% shares, hereinafter the same) will pay to the company and its subsidiaries shall not exceed the amount disclosed by the company in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited as disclosed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited website from time to time.
