Kingray Holdings (01862) announced that on January 15, 2026, the High Court of Hong Kong ordered the winding-up of the company in case HCCW568/2024 in accordance with the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with the Official Receiver appointed as the provisional liquidator of the company by virtue of his office as the Director of Insolvency. As a result, trading in the company's shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended with immediate effect as of January 15, 2026.
