However, the company must meet the requirements and/or conditions of the Singapore Exchange as well as applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

However, this is subject to compliance with the requirements and/or conditions of the New Exchange as well as applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
As of the date of this announcement, the company has engaged professional consultants to provide advice on the proposed listing, but a formal listing application has not yet been submitted.
The company has applied to the SGX-ST for trading of its shares to resume on the exchange from 15 January 2026 (Thursday) at 9:00am.
