Metasurface (08637) announces that, based on business strategy and development considerations, and in order to further enhance the company's image and expand its shareholder base, the company is considering applying for its shares to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) Catalist board, with the aim of dual primary listing on both the SGX-ST and the New Exchange. However, this is subject to compliance with the requirements and/or conditions of the New Exchange as well as applicable laws, rules, and regulations. As of the date of this announcement, the company has engaged professional consultants to provide advice on the proposed listing, but a formal listing application has not yet been submitted. The company has applied to the SGX-ST for trading of its shares to resume on the exchange from 15 January 2026 (Thursday) at 9:00am.
