DC Holdings (00861): Digital China Group signs share transfer agreement with Changchun Gold Control
Shenzhou Holdings (00861) announced that on January 14, 2026, Shenzhou Digital Software and Changchun Jinkong signed a share transfer agreement. Under the agreement, Shenzhou Digital Software agreed to purchase the equity at the put option price calculated in accordance with the supplementary agreement. The total consideration for the purchase of equity is approximately RMB 522 million (consideration). According to the share transfer agreement, it is expected that the share transfer will be completed on or before March 27, 2026.

According to this agreement, Digital China Group Software agreed to purchase the selling rights at the put price calculated according to the terms of the supplementary agreement. The total cost of purchasing the selling rights is approximately RMB 522 million (consideration). According to the share transfer agreement, it is expected that the share transfer will be completed by March 27, 2026.
