LEGENDARY EDU (08195) announced that on January 14, 2026, the company, Hong Kong Hang Seng University School of Knowledge Exchange, and Parent-Child Headlines Limited (Parent-Child Headlines) (together with the company, referred to as the "contracting parties") entered into a memorandum of understanding regarding a potential collaboration for the "Entrepreneurial Spirit CEO Certificate Course" for executive continuing education. The contracting parties agree that the net proceeds from the course fees of the course will be donated in full to support the "Granular MAC Classroom" and "The Life of Language" charity projects, both initiated by the Net Charity Fund Limited (Foundation) and co-hosted by Parent-Child Headlines. Parent-Child Headlines will be responsible for coordinating with the relevant beneficiary institutions. The course is an executive continuing education course focusing on Dr. Zheng Yutong's management philosophy, mainly including virtue ethics, organizational culture, and corporate social responsibility. The company has the right to teach content related to investment and international dynamics under the units of this course. Mr. Lu Yujian (as of the date of this announcement, the chief lecturer and major shareholder of the group's financial and investment education courses) is expected to join the teaching team as a core member of this course. The directors believe that the joint efforts of the contracting parties will enhance the company's market coverage, brand awareness, and positioning in the education sector, thereby driving sustainable growth of the company's business and bringing long-term value to shareholders.
