Fanmei Packaging (00468) issued an announcement. Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee and pending the approval of relevant resolutions at the upcoming special shareholders' meeting, the board of directors proposes: to dismiss PricewaterhouseCoopers (Hong Kong) Limited as the company's auditor; and, following the dismissal, appoint Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy, serving until the end of the company's next annual shareholders' meeting.

GAPACK (00468) announced that, following the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee and pending approval at the upcoming special shareholders' meeting, the Board of Directors recommends: the removal of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company's auditor; and upon the proposed removal taking effect, the appointment of Deloitte as the new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy created by the proposed removal, and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
