Ai Di Palace (00286) announced that Mr. Lin Jiang has been relieved of his duties as an executive director and Mr. Zhu Peiqi has been relieved of his duties as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect after the approval of resolutions 3 and 10.
AIDIGONG (00286) announces that Mr. Lin Jiang has been relieved of his duties as an executive director, and Mr. Zhu Peiqi has been relieved of his duties as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately after the approval of the 3rd and 10th resolution.
After being removed as directors, Mr. Zhu Peiqi will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and independent director committee of the company, starting from January 13, 2026.
The board also announces that starting from January 13, 2026, Mr. Ma Zhaojie, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee.
