(referred to as Sunmi Technology) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Deutsche Bank, CITIC SEC, and ABCI as its joint sponsors. The company previously filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 25th, 2025. The prospectus revealed that Sunmi Technology is a global leading provider of commercial Internet of Things (BIoT) solutions. According to data from Zhishi Consulting, based on 2024 revenue, the company is currently the world's largest provider of Android-based BIoT solutions, with over 10% market share.
