The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and four other departments recently jointly issued a notice on standardizing the release of recruitment information on online platforms, further regulating the order of online recruitment.
Journalists learned on January 13th that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, along with four other departments, recently issued a notice on regulating the release of recruitment information on online platforms to further standardize the order of online recruitment.
The notice requires strengthening the supervision of online recruitment service licenses. Operative human resource service agencies that release recruitment information or online platforms that provide recruitment information services for employers must obtain a human resource service license in accordance with the law. Online platforms are required to fulfill their main responsibilities, strengthen account registration management, authenticate the real identity information of users applying for registration, verify the qualifications of certified accounts, set special tags, and clearly display qualifications and certification information on account homepages.
The notice specifies that online platforms must standardize the format and standards of recruitment information. The release of recruitment information must be true and legal, and it is strictly prohibited to use recruitment information for illegal traffic diversion. They must strengthen the regulation of online behavior of recruitment service accounts, enhance dynamic monitoring of the release of recruitment information, and promptly detect and deal with illegal and irregular behaviors.
