I. Promote Brand Building 1. Enhance brand building. Support chain-operated elderly care service operators to set up branded signs with distinctive characteristics to enhance brand awareness. Encourage provincial civil affairs departments to promote the standardized names and signs of various elderly care service operators, continuously enhance the brand recognition of elderly care service operators. 2. Guide brand trademark registration. Encourage and support various elderly care service operators to implement trademark brand strategies, apply for trademarks with significant features and easy identification. Encourage chain-operated elderly care service operators with widespread popularity and good market reputation to legally use the well-known trademark system, and strengthen trademark brand protection. 3. Strengthen the promotion of well-known brands. Encourage the development of cosmetics suitable for the elderly, and the development and processing of foods suitable for the elderly such as low sugar, high protein, and easy to chew. Actively guide clothing and apparel companies to set up products lines for the elderly, enhance clothing and apparel design for the elderly, research and apply clothing and apparel with specific functions such as safety protection, heat preservation, and positioning. Promote the replacement of home-based aged-care products to create a suitable living environment for the elderly. 5. Establish a supply and demand platform. Support local areas to establish local elderly care sections based on their actual situation, expand and strengthen the functions of supply and demand connection, service demonstration, industry guidance, resource linkage, etc., on existing platforms, and comprehensively promote the efficient utilization of regional elderly care service resources. Encourage e-commerce platforms and large supermarkets to hold theme shopping festivals, design special interfaces for the elderly, support the establishment of a silver consumer zone, facilitate online and offline communication for the elderly. Reasonably determine the administrative inspection methods of elderly care institutions, minimize inspection frequency, standardize inspection behaviors, prevent profit-driven inspections, arbitrary inspections, and strict treatment of problems such as arbitrary fees, inspections, law enforcement, fines towards elderly care service operators. Play the role of industry self-discipline, guide elderly care service institutions to price reasonably. Strengthen positive publicity of elderly care services through mainstream media, social platforms, public places, etc., to enhance positive publicity of elderly care services through methods such as releasing typical cases.
