HUSCOKE HLDGS (00704): Citic Hong Kong confirms today that it has withdrawn the liquidation petition filed with the Hong Kong High Court.

HUSCOKE HLDGS (00704) issued a notice regarding the company's receipt of a winding-up petition from CHINA CINDA (Hong Kong) Asset Management Limited. On January 12, 2026, the company entered into a supplementary agreement, share pledge agreement, memorandum of deposit and arrangement, and third-party custody agreement with CHINA CINDA (Hong Kong) Asset Management Limited (Cinda Hong Kong) and/or its subsidiaries. In accordance with this, Cinda Hong Kong agreed to reach a settlement on the petition, and agreed to accept the company's subsidiary's share pledge and receivables as collateral under the supplementary agreement, extending the Cinda loan by 2 years from the effective date of the supplementary agreement. These agreements have been signed, and Cinda Hong Kong confirmed today that they have withdrawn the winding-up petition from the High Court of Hong Kong.
