According to the disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 9th, Shenzhen Yuanxin Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yuanxin Energy) has submitted its listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CMB International as its sole sponsor. The prospectus shows that Yuanxin Energy was established in 2019, focusing on the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of energy storage system solutions for Chinese and overseas customers. According to data from Frost & Sullivan, the company added 1.3GWh of independent energy storage capacity in the first nine months of 2025, ranking first among global energy storage asset lifecycle solution providers. In 2024, based on the shipment volume of energy storage systems, the company ranked fifth globally among energy storage asset lifecycle solution providers with a shipment volume of 3.7GWh.
