The company is aware that the number of shares held by core related parties (excluding China Mobile Hong Kong) has decreased from the previously disclosed 33.207 million shares (representing approximately 2.25% of the total issued shares of the company) to 1.3235 million shares as of the date of this announcement (representing approximately 0.09% of the total issued shares of the company).
Therefore, as of the date of this announcement, 371 million shares (representing approximately 25.07% of the total issued shares of the company) are held by the public (as defined in the Listing Rules). As a result, the company has now met the minimum public float requirement of 25% as stipulated in the Listing Rules.
