Jingfa Property Management (01354) announced that Mr. Wu Suozheng, an executive director, will no longer serve as the chairman and member of the nomination committee of the board of directors; Mr. Cao Yang, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman and member of the nomination committee; and Ms. Li Lingxiao, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, effective from January 8, 2026.
