Mr. Yu submitted his resignation due to reaching retirement age, requesting to resign from the positions of Executive Director and Executive Vice President of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Yu will no longer hold any position within the company. His resignation will take effect from the date it was delivered to the Board of Directors.
