Hong Kong dollar interest rates are rising across the board, with the one-month interbank rate at 3.00798%.
Hong Kong Dollar Interbank Offered Rate (HIBOR) across the board increased, with the one-month rate related to mortgage loans rising to 3.00798%, up by 5.28 basis points.
On January 8th, the Hong Kong Dollar interbank interest rates all rose, with the overnight rate at 4.00357%, up 35.238 basis points; the one-week interbank rate increased by 15.369 basis points to 3.27655%, and the two-week interbank rate increased by 4.821 basis points to 3.1675%. The one-month interbank rate related to mortgages increased by 5.28 basis points to 3.00798%, while the three-month interbank rate reflecting the cost of bank funds rose by 2.262 basis points to 2.99524%.
In terms of longer-term rates, the six-month interbank rate increased by 0.178 basis points to 3.03089% and the one-year interbank rate increased by 0.536 basis points to 3.07518%.
