BEKE-W(02423) Beke Home signs contract for Future Science City C2M service project landing.

On January 6th, Future Technology City Real Estate Co., Ltd. officially signed a contract with BEKE-W (02423) subsidiary Beike Home. The two parties reached a deep cooperation on the residential cluster plots CP01-1703-0002 and 0003 in the Energy Valley block of the East Area of Future Science City in Changping District, Beijing. In this cooperation, Beike Home will fully leverage the advantages of big data and AI algorithms to provide C2M product positioning and marketing services for the project through precise customer connections and demand insights, and provide design consultation advice. It is reported that this is Beike Home's fourth cooperation project in Beijing, and the second collaboration with Future Science City Real Estate.
