Zhuhai Enpower Electric (300681.SZ) announced that the company has received a "Notice of Reduction of Shareholding Plan" from its controlling shareholder, actual controller, Chairman Mr. Jiang Guibin, and shareholder holding over 5%, director, and Vice General Manager Mr. Li Hongyu. Mr. Jiang Guibin plans to reduce his shareholding by up to 6.1193 million shares, or 2.00% of the total share capital of the company. Mr. Li Hongyu plans to reduce his shareholding by up to 4 million shares, or 1.31% of the total share capital of the company, with the volume of reducing shares in a centralized bidding manner not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company.
