For the twelve months ending on December 31, 2025, the total pre-sale amount of the group, including joint ventures and associated companies of the group, as well as Yueju projects, is approximately RMB 8.57 billion, a decrease of 44.75% year-on-year; corresponding to a total floor area of approximately 939,000 square meters; with an average price of RMB 9,129 per square meter.
