Huatian Hotel (000428.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors of the company recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Deng Yongping, the Vice Chairman and Vice President of the company. Mr. Deng Yongping applied to resign from the positions of Vice Chairman, Director, Vice President of the company due to personal reasons, and at the same time resigned from the positions of member of the Strategic Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee. He will no longer serve in the company after resigning.
