Tianci Materials (002709.SZ) announced that the board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal regarding changes to the construction content and investment amount of the project for expanding and upgrading the production capacity of 300,000 tons of lithium battery electrolyte and recycling 100,000 tons of iron lithium batteries. The company has agreed to adjust the construction scale from the original 300,000 tons of electrolyte and 100,000 tons of battery disassembly and recycling to 250,000 tons of electrolyte, with a total investment not exceeding 600 million yuan after the changes.
