Dongcheng Pharmaceutical (002675.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase some of its publicly held shares through centralized bidding trading using its own funds or self-raised funds, for the purpose of implementing employee shareholding plans and/or equity incentive plans. The amount of repurchased shares shall not be less than RMB 100 million (inclusive) and shall not exceed RMB 200 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 18.00 per share (inclusive).
