Jiufu Lai (08611) announced that, in view of significant changes in the market conditions and investor sentiments, the placement agent and the company mutually agreed, after the trading session on the Stock Exchange on January 2, 2026, to terminate the placement agreement through a termination agreement that takes immediate effect. Therefore, the placement agreement and rights issue termination are no longer valid and effective, and neither party is required to assume any responsibilities towards the other party in relation to the placement agreement.
MINDTELL TECH (08611) announces that, due to significant changes in the market conditions and investor sentiment, the Subscription Agent and the Company have mutually agreed to terminate the Share Subscription Agreement by entering into a termination agreement, effective immediately after the close of trading hours on the Stock Exchange on January 2, 2026. Therefore, the Share Subscription Agreement and the Rights Issue have been terminated and are no longer in effect, and any party to the agreement does not need to assume any responsibility for the Share Subscription Agreement.
As of the date of this announcement, the Company has not issued any securities under the Rights Issue, and the Rights Issue will not proceed.
