CHAOJU EYE CARE (02219) announced that Mr. Zheng Chengjie has resigned from his position as joint company secretary of the company effective from January 1, 2026, and has also resigned from his position as the authorized representative of the company as per Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the authorized representative (legal process representative) for receiving legal process documents and notifications in Hong Kong under section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong) effective from January 1, 2026. Mr. Luo Weijian has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process representative of the company with effect from January 1, 2026.
