DALIPAL HLDG (01921) announced that recently, after verification and approval by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIMR) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Saudi), its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dali International Industrial Company, has obtained a "Temporary Industrial License" issued by MIMR. According to Saudi regulations, the "Temporary Industrial License" is a necessary condition for foreign and local investors to build manufacturing projects within the country, with the purpose of ensuring that the projects comply with the national regulations and the development direction of the 2030 Vision. The approval of this license for the company's Saudi energy equipment project signifies that the project has obtained administrative approval for construction in Saudi Arabia and can be converted to an "Industrial Production License" upon completion of the project. Based on the "Temporary Industrial License," the Ministry of Energy (MoE) of Saudi Arabia has also approved a 60-megawatt electricity quota for Dali International Industrial Company. According to Saudi regulations, any enterprise that consumes more than 25 megawatts of electricity needs to obtain an electricity quota from MoE. MoE uses this measure to balance national energy consumption, avoid duplicate construction, and ensure the rational use of energy. The company will proceed with other works related to the project engineering construction. The company will timely announce the progress schedule of the project.
