The announcement mentioned that the spin-off company submitted a registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on December 30, 2025.
As of the date of this announcement, the company directly holds 100% of the issued shares of the spin-off company. It is expected that after the listing is completed, the company will no longer hold any shares of the spin-off company, and the spin-off company will be fully spun off from the company and merged into the accounts. Therefore, the group will cease to recognize the assets and liabilities of the spin-off company group in the consolidated financial statements.
