The concept of SaaS is leading the gains in the market. As of the time of writing, Lion Teng Holdings (02562) has increased by 10.8% to HKD 1.95; Kingdee International (00268) has risen by 5.04% to HKD 13.95; Hulian Technology (01860) has gone up by 4.71% to HKD 15.99; and Pactera International (00354) has increased by 3.62% to HKD 5.15.
The concept of SaaS has performed well, as of the time of publication, SYNAGISTICS (02562) has risen by 10.8% to 1.95 Hong Kong dollars; KINGDEE INT'L (00268) has risen by 5.04% to 13.95 Hong Kong dollars; MOBVISTA (01860) has risen by 4.71% to 15.99 Hong Kong dollars; and Pactera (00354) has risen by 3.62% to 5.15 Hong Kong dollars. In terms of news, on December 30th, Meta announced that it will acquire the developer of the AI intelligent body product Manus for "billions of dollars." In December, Manus disclosed that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) had surpassed $100 million, making it the fastest-growing start-up company in the world to reach $100 million ARR. Soochow pointed out that Meta's billions of dollars acquisition is equivalent to a repricing of Agent, and market funds are more likely to be attracted to targets with real scenarios, deliverable and sustainable subscription revenue. Northeast released a research report focusing on the paradigm shift from traditional SaaS to Agentization. Vertical software giants that control core industry data assets (such as CRM, legal software, industrial management systems) are restructuring workflows through Agentization. This transformation will change AI from a peripheral plugin to a core productivity engine, significantly improving R&D and operational efficiency, and capturing the biggest dividends after the computing infrastructure.
