(JiYi Technology) has submitted its application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC SEC as its sole sponsor. The company had previously submitted its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 18, 2025. The prospectus shows that JiYi Technology is one of China's leading digital retail integrated operation service providers, providing services not only to brand owners but also to large chain stores and supermarkets as an e-commerce operation service provider. According to Frost & Sullivan, based on the Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) in 2024, the company ranks second among digital retail integrated operation service providers in China, and fifth among e-commerce operation service providers in China, holding a 1.2% market share in the e-commerce operation service market in China.
