Victoria Equine (08377) announced that, effective January 1, 2026:
1. Mr. Hua Tingzhang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee;
2. Ms. Yan Bilin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee;
3. Mr. Chen Jincai has resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee;
4. Mr. Zhou Zhanheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee;
5. Mr. Deng Zhenxi has been reassigned as chairman of the remuneration committee.
