Healthcare (06877) announced that, as Mr. Zhou Zuyu needs to focus on other business arrangements, he has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and a member of the company's audit committee, corporate governance committee, and nomination committee, as well as the role of Chief Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from December 31, 2025; and Mr. Zhou Jiannan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and a member of the company's audit committee, corporate governance committee, and nomination committee, as well as the role of Chief Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from January 1, 2026.
