In December 2025, NIO Inc. (09866) delivered 48,135 new vehicles, reaching a historical high and increasing by 54.6% year-on-year. Among them, the NIO brand delivered 31,897 vehicles, also reaching a historical high and increasing by 54.8% year-on-year, with delivery volumes increasing for five consecutive months; the LeTao brand delivered 9,154 new cars; and the Firefly brand delivered 7,084 new vehicles, setting a historical high and increasing by 16.4% compared to the previous month, with delivery volumes increasing for five consecutive months. In the fourth quarter of 2025, NIO Inc. delivered 124,807 new vehicles, reaching a historical high and increasing by 71.7% year-on-year. The quarterly delivery volumes of all three brands reached historical highs. Among them, the NIO brand delivered 67,433 vehicles, an increase of 27.8% year-on-year; LeTao brand delivered 38,290 new vehicles in Q4, an increase of 92.1% year-on-year; Firefly brand delivered 19,084 new vehicles in Q4, an increase of 52.8% compared to the previous month. In the full year of 2025, NIO Inc. delivered a total of 326,028 new vehicles, reaching a historical high and increasing by 46.9% year-on-year. Among them, the NIO brand delivered a total of 178,806 vehicles; LeTao brand delivered a total of 107,808 vehicles; Firefly brand delivered 39,414 vehicles. As of now, NIO Inc. has delivered a total of 997,592 new vehicles. Among them, the NIO brand has delivered 829,609 new vehicles; LeTao brand has delivered 128,569 new vehicles; and Firefly brand has delivered 39,414 new vehicles. Starting from January 1, 2026, the vehicle purchase tax exemption policy will be adjusted to halve the tax. The new policy benefits battery-swappable electric vehicle models, allowing buyers of NIO, LeTao, and Firefly vehicles under the BaaS battery rental scheme to enjoy additional purchase tax reductions. Depending on the product price, buyers can save between 1,770 yuan to 9,558 yuan.
