After resigning as independent non-executive director, Mr. Ye Guancheng no longer serves as chairman of the company's remuneration committee, a member of the nominating committee, or a member of the audit committee. Following his resignation, Mr. Ye Guancheng will no longer hold any position in the group. Mr. Fan Li has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the nominating committee, and member of the audit committee, replacing Mr. Ye Guancheng as of December 31, 2025.
