ZHENGWEI GROUP(02147): Zhu Junbin appointed as an independent non-executive director.

ZHENGWEI GROUP (02147) announced that, effective from December 31, 2025, Ms. Lin Qiuyun has resigned from the position of executive director and member of the Company's nomination committee due to work schedule changes. Mr. Hu Ruiwo has also resigned from the position of independent non-executive director, member of the company's audit committee, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and chairman of the nomination committee in order to devote more time to personal matters. Mr. Wan Ming and Ms. Zhu Junbin have been appointed as executive director and independent non-executive director respectively. Furthermore, following the resignations of Ms. Lin Qiuyun (as a member of the nomination committee) and Mr. Hu Ruiwo (as a member of the audit committee, chairman of the remuneration committee, and chairman of the nomination committee), Ms. Zhu Junbin has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and member of the audit committee, effective from December 31, 2025.
