Mr. Tan Zhiming will be appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative, effective from January 1, 2026.

ADD NEW ENERGY (02623) announced that Ms. Chen Wanying has resigned as the company secretary to ensure good corporate governance due to her long years of service. She will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Tan Zhiming will be appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative, effective from January 1, 2026.
