Cao Cao Travel (02643) announced that the company has been informed by its controlling shareholder, Mr. Li Shufu and his wholly-owned Ugo Investment Limited, that in order to express their long-term value and confidence in the future development prospects of the company, they have voluntarily pledged not to sell, transfer, or entrust to others the approximately 73.35% of the company's shares directly or indirectly held by them until September 30, 2026 (including that day).
CAOCAO INC (02643) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Mr. Li Shufu and his wholly-owned Ugo Investment Limited, have voluntarily committed to the company that they will not sell, transfer, or entrust to others to manage their directly or indirectly held shares of approximately 73.35% of the company until September 30, 2026.
The company believes that the voluntary extension of the lock-up period by the controlling shareholder demonstrates their confidence in the group and will benefit the company's continuous, stable, and healthy development.
