The Board of Directors passed a resolution on December 31, 2025, appointing Mr. Lv Linhua as the President of the bank, with a term consistent with the seventh Board of Directors. According to relevant regulations, Mr. Lv Linhua's qualifications as President are subject to approval by the China Banking Regulatory Commission. Before his qualifications as President are approved, Mr. Lv Linhua will act on behalf of the President of the bank.
