China Health Technology Group (01069) announced that the resolutions regarding the re-election of Professor Ling Feng as an executive director and the re-election of Mr. Guo Zhonglong as an independent non-executive director were not passed at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Professor Ling Feng will retire as an executive director at the end of the annual general meeting, while Mr. Guo Zhonglong will retire as an independent non-executive director at the end of the annual general meeting.
