PICO FAR EAST (00752) announced that Mr. Tse Sung Fat will retire from the position of CEO of the company, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Tse Sung Fat will continue to serve as an executive director, chairman of the board, member of the company's remuneration committee, and chairman of the company's nomination committee. On the same day, current executive director Ms. Tse Yuen Kwan has been appointed as the CEO.
